Grandmaison Management was founded by Persephanie Lesperance, a woman in long-term recovery who turned her lived experience into a lifelong commitment to improving recovery housing across New England.

After years of operating her own women’s sober living homes, Persephanie saw a growing need for mentorship and structure among other operators, people doing incredible work, but often without the tools, systems, or guidance they deserved.

Grandmaison Management was created to fill that gap: offering professional consulting, clear systems, and genuine partnership to those running the homes that change lives every day.
